LAHORE (Staff Report) -Police claimed to have arrested Hasan Zaheer, an important member of militant organisation Al Qaeda, from Shoq Chowk area of Johar Town, Lahore.
According to police, millions of rupees and illegal weapons have been recovered from his custody.
Zaheer used to send illegal money to Afghan Taliban, sources said.
The accused has been shifted to an unknown location for investigation after registering a case against him.
