British Council offers 1,948 Free Memberships for its Digital Library

LAHORE (Staff Report) – The British Council Pakistan has offered 1,948 free memberships, in a bid to celebrate its newly established digital library in Lahore and Karachi.

According to British Council website, the institution was first set up its office in 1948 in Pakistan. It has offered 1,948 people across Pakistan the opportunity to become very first digital library members – for free.

“Our digital library has no boundaries and you can access it any time, anywhere and on all platforms. From the latest edition of The Economist, Vogue, to award-winning films, audio books, games and business school resources – our Digital Library brings you the very best of UK culture,” it reads.

The competition will end on 12, April 2016. Entrants must be 18 years or over and Pakistani nationality is a must.
