Modi calls Nawaz, expresses sorrow over Lahore blast

LAHORE (Web Desk) The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a telephonic conversation with his Pakistani Counterpart Nawaz Sharif on Sunday and condemned the blast that took place in Gulshan Iqbal Park and claimed the lives of 65 people and injured over 300 people.

He expressed grief over the loss of precious lives in the Lahore blast.

In his remarks during walks with Sharif, Modi said that coward terrorists had targeted women and kids which was highly condemnable and regrettable.
