ISLAMABAD – Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Political Affairs Naeem ul Haq Tuesday said Prime Minister Imran Khan wanted to bring systematical changes in the system to put the country on the path of development and prosperity.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government was efficiently working and launched many projects under the leadership of Imran Khan, he said talking to a private news channel.
He said the last Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government had badly damaged the national economy and institutions. “We are making all out efforts to improve the economy,” he added.
He said accountability would he held across the board and all corrupt elements would be arrested to eliminate the menace of corruption.
To a query, he said the PTI government was satisfied with its performance.
