LAHORE – A photo of the man bleeding out of his head and sitting on the street has been circulating the internet. Apparently, he was shouting spoilers of Avengers: Endgame at cinema-goers. Ummm, he was annoying, but beating a person up over this? Not justified.
Cinemagoers eagerly queuing to see the new film were said to have been furious as the man shouted out spoilers of the final Avengers film.
The film is the sequel to Avengers: Infinity War and is the culmination of 21 feature films and 11 years of production.
Some have questioned the photo’s authenticity but moviegoers told TVBS the man was ”telling the story loudly at the door” as they entered the theatre.
He was then beaten up by angry fans.
The hype surrounding Avengers: Endgame, the supposed final film in the Marvel saga, was so great that even before the film was released the cast and crew were urging people not to spoil the movie for others.
The film’s directors, Anthony and Joseph Russo, tweeted a week before the film’s release pleading with fans not to reveal the ending.
