US National Security Adviser to visit Pakistan, expected to meet PM and COAS

ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – United States National Security Adviser, Susan Rice is expected to arrive in Islamabad tomorrow on a one-day visit, where she will hold meetings with civilian and military leadership of the country.

According to sources, the US Adviser will hold separate meetings with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Adviser to PM on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz and COAS Raheel Sharif.

The meetings will be held to discuss several important matters, including Pakistan-Afghanistan relations as well as Pakistan role in the Afghan reconciliation process, and Indian aggression across Line of Control (LoC).
