ISLAMABAD – Expressing his concern over the bail to former Petroleum Minister Dr Asim, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said on Tuesday that PPP and PML-N were securing their interest and the bail was the result of a deal.
Talking to media, Khan said that both political parties were fooling the nation by pretending to fall out, adding that they will not harm each other.
He said that Nawaz Sharif has made a deal with corrupt politicians after which they have returned to Pakistan.
Referring to the bails granted to model Ayyan Ali, former Information Minister Sindh Sharjeel Memon and former Petroleum Minister Dr Asim, the PTI chief alleged that a minister was busy in making deals to hide corruption.
The Sindh High Court on Wednesday approved the bail plea of Dr Asim Hussain in NAB corruption case paving the way for his release.
