NAB summons Khawaja Asif on April 1 in assets beyond means case

ISLAMABAD – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi has summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Asif in assets beyond means case on April 1.

According to details, the NAB authorities have directed the PML-N leader to bring all details of his bank accounts and foreign properties with him.

Earlier, NAB Director General Justice (r) Javed Iqbal had approved an investigation into corruption charges against Khawaja Asif.

The Pml-N leader is accused of causing a loss of Rs3.66 billion to the national exchequer and accumulating assets in Pakistan and abroad beyond his known source of income.
