ISLAMABAD (APP) – The government has so far released over Rs614 million for different developmental projects of National Food Security and Research Division under Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) in the current financial year.
According to Planning Commission, over 179 million rupees have been released for research under agriculture development programme.
Over 117 million rupees have been released for promotion of olive cultivation to reduce reliance on import of edible oil.
Eighty million rupees have been released for promotion of hybrid seed to enhance crop production.
