Imran Khan visits Zulfiqar Mirza’s residence to pay condolence

KARACHI – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief on Friday visited Sindh former home minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza at his home to pay condolence on the sad demise of his mother.

The PTI chief held a meeting with Sikandar Mirza and offered Fatehafor eternal peace of the departed soul.

Mirza, who was the close aide to former president Asif Ali Zardari during the last tenure of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), thanked Imran Khan on his visit, adding that meetings should not be halted in the future. Imran khan said that it was his duty to come for condolence.

It may be mentioned here that the PTI chief is visiting on Karachi these days where he attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the third Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital in Karachi.

The PTI chief would also visit Liari, an area of Karachi and hold a meeting with Nabeel Gabol.

Earlier, Imran Khan had visited the residence of late singer-turned-preacher Junaid Jamshed to offer condolence in Karachi. PTI chairman met the brother and sons of Junaid Jamshed and offered Fateha.
