KARACHI – The Sindh government has announced a signification reduction in the fees for shooting films, dramas, commercial videos, photography, and bridal shoots at tourist locations.

Under the directive of Provincial Minister for Culture and Tourism Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah,

The Culture and Tourism Department has decreased the official fees for the activities in line with the directives of Sindh Minister for Culture and Tourism Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah.

The fee for Mohenjo Daro in Larkana has been reduced from Rs200,000 to Rs50,000. Similarly, the fee for the Quaid-e-Azam House Museum has been lowered from Rs100,000 to Rs30,000.

The fees for Mukhi House Museum in Hyderabad, Kot Diji Fort, and Nokot Fort have also been decreased from Rs100,000 to Rs30,000, while the new fee for Umar Kot Fort and Museum, Rani Kot Fort, Chaukandi Cemetery, and Bhambore Fort has been set at Rs30,000.

The Secretary of Culture has issued a notification in this regard.

Provincial Minister Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah stated that reducing the fees will allow more people to benefit from these sites.
