ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The government has increased the price of diesel and petrol by for the month of April.
According media reports, a notification issued by the finance ministry, petrol price has gone up by Rs1.50 per litre and high speed diesel by Rs1.40 per litre.
With the minor increase, petrol will now be sold at Rs64.27 per litre while high speed diesel will be available at Rs72.52 a litre.
Meanwhile, prices of kerosene oil, HOBC and light diesel remain unchanged.
As per the notification, the new prices will be effective from April 1, 2016.
