LAHORE – Are we excited or are we excited? Yo Yo Honey Singh is back in the music scene after being MIA for four years. Even though his contributions in Sonu ke Titu ki Sweety were worth listening and grooving to, he hadn’t released an album in 4 whole years!
Honey flew all the way to Mumbai to attend Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s reception post wedding.
His connection with Deepika goes back to the film Cocktail that had chartbusters like ‘Angrezi Beat’. ‘Lungi Dance’ was another one of Deepika starrer songs that Honey had poured his heart into!
Honey was going through a condition that had him mostly locked up for some time. Bipolar disorder had him stuck inside his room as he could not leave the safety of his room due to fear of 4-5 people. The person who had performed in front of larger than life crowds, was made to be helpless by the disorder that had him by the throat.
We were delighted to see Honey at the reception of DeepVeer!!
The first look had Yo Yo Honey Singh looking like a desi rockstar in red. The singer has grown his hair and it looks like he has built some muscle.
