MUMBAI – Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan has reacted to the current matter that has hit Bollywood regarding young actress Zaira Wasim’s sudden exit from films on the basis of religion.
The actor has become a cause of debate when she announced her decision to quit films in order to ‘strengthen her relation with Allah’.
Many celebrities had given their two cents on the matter, most of them mainly criticising her for taking a hasty decision.

Amongst noted people who have reacted to the news is Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan who hopes Zaira will realise how ‘God would have wanted her to do films if that is what she loves.’

On the professional front, Zaira Wasim will next be seen in The Sky is Pink, which also stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Farhan Akhtar. The film completed its shooting in March.
