CHRISTCHURCH (Web Desk) – Pakistan cricket team captain Misbah ul Haq said that the upcoming match against West Indies is very important and the whole team will have to perform.
The skipper, while talking to a private news channel, urged the nation to continue supporting the team, after a defeat by India on February 15.
This match is going to decide the fate of Pakistani team in cricket world cup 2015, he said. Since both the teams lost their opening matches, they will try to improve their position in the pool, he added.
Misbah reaffirmed his support to Pakistani bowlers, including Yasir Shah, Muhammad Irfan and Sohail Khan, saying that they are the asset to our team and “I hope they will perform better against West Indies”.
“We shall decide our side, once we have a look at the pitch”, he said.
