ISLAMABAD (Online) – The Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA) of Capital Development Authority (CDA) has been issuing illegal birth certificates to thousands of Afghan nationals for the last several years.
Sources told Online news agency that DMA while ignoring the national security of the country issued fake and illegal birth certificates to Afghan nationals against the millions of rupees in bribe.
The Afghan nationals, with the help of these fake birth certificates, purchased the property worth billions of rupees in Pakistan especially in federal capital Islamabad.
Sources added that in several suicide attacks, Computerized National identity Cards (CNICs) issued by NADRA were collected from suicide bombers, which has close concern with the birth certificates issued by the DMA of civic agency.
It has been learnt that all the staffers of this department including from clerk to the head were allegedly involved in this heinous crime.
Sources further claimed that that bribes were received for the issuance of illegal birth certificates. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has taken stern notice of this illegal measure initiated by the staffers of DMA .
Online attempted its best to know the stance of Mr Ramzan Sajid, spokesperson of civic agency, but despite many efforts it could not be ascertained.
