10 BSF personnel dead in India charted plane crash

NEW DELHI (Staff Report) – All ten on board Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel died when a charted Indian plane crashed near New Delhi airport.

According to media reports the plane crashed into a wall just after take off on Tuesday morning. Initially two BSF officials were said to have died but later reports confirmed death of 10 personnel.

Rescue teams and fire fighters reached site immediately and shifted the dead bodies to nearby hospital. Initial investigation said that dense fog caused the accident.

The flight operation was suspended at the airport following the crash.

The plane was reportedly flying to Ranchi.
