MQM s Amir Khan allowed to fly abroad

KARACHI (Online) – The Anti terrorism court (ATC) has given conditional permission to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Amir Khan to fly abroad.

The anti-terrorism court also ordered Amir Khan to come back till 11th January and submit surety bonds of Rs2 million in the court.

The MQM leader had filed a petition in court for going United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The allegations have been leveled against him to assist the terrorists and he was arrested from Nine Zero, MQM secretariat. The case against him was in proceedings in ATC.
