OGRA recommends Rs2.17 per litre hike in petrol price

ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) Wednesday recommended the petroleum ministry to increase the price of Petrol by Rs2.17 per litre for the month of January.

Meanwhile OGRA has suggested the prices of other petroleum products slashed.

According to a summary the price of Light Diesel should be decreased by Rs5.93, High Octane Rs4.35 and Kerosene Rs8.07 per litre.

The summary has been forwarded to petroleum ministry which will announce the new prices of petroleum prices after consultation with Prime Minister.

The news price will effective from January 1, 2016.
