Visually impaired persons protest at Kalma Chowk, halt Metro Bus

LAHORE (Staff Reporter) – Visually impaired persons protest at Kalma Chowk continued from last 12 hours, suspending Metro Bus service partially.

Demanding protection of their rights and provision of jobs as per the government-fixed quota, visually impaired persons are staging protest on track of Metro bus.

Protesters say they are appealing to the chief minister to take notice of their demands and to redress their grievances.

Blind people’s spokesperson said Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah had made promises to fulfill our demands but all promises went in vain.
