Tension grips interior Sindh after Nine Zero raid

HYDERABAD (Web Desk) – Tension prevailed in interior cities of Sindh after blank firing and closure of business activities reported there after Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) announced strike against the overnight raid of party’s central office by the rangers.

As per media reports, aerial firing was reported in Mirpurkhas, Tando Allahyar, Nawab Shah and other cities.

Business and academic activities were also suspended in the cities after the MQM’s Coordination Committee appealed to the people to keep their business activities at a standstill and transport off roads today in protest over the rangers raid at Nine Zero.
