POKHARA (Staff Report) – Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz met Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in Nepal on Thursday.
According to media reports, both the leaders had breakfast together and were seen exchanging pleasantries ahead of their formal meeting in Pokhra on the sidelines of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) summit.
Both the leaders, accompanied by other dignitaries and officials, were seen sitting next to each other on the breakfast table.
The SAARC Inter-Summit Ministerial meeting is being held in Pokhara, Nepal from 14-17 March 2016. Sartaj Aziz is leading the Pakistan delegation to attend the Council of Ministers Meeting.
