ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali denies the reports published in print that Interior Minister and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif held a “secret” meeting with Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif.
“We hold frequent meetings with the army chief regarding national action plan and other security issues. It wasn’t a secret meeting at all as we met the army chief during daytime at 3pm,” he said.
The interior minister, however, did not reveal the content of the meeting.
