CM Shehbaz lashes out at Imran, Bilwal on labour day

LAHORE (Staff Report) – Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif Sunday announced Rs.1000 raise in monthly salary of labourer, and vowed to eliminate child labour from the province.

While addressing a ceremony in provincial capital, CM Shehbaz said: “Every labourer will get Rs.1400 salary from July 1,” he announced in a ceremony held in connection with the International Labour Day.

He further said that Rs.1000 will be provided monthly to each child, who will leave brick kiln and enroll in the school.

About defamation notice served on him by Jahangir Tareen, he said, “I will win the case and hand this money over to the nation.”

He said that he would never get tired but Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan would step back.

The chief minister also termed Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as a ‘kid’ and alleged that a mega corruption accusation had already been surfaced against his father Asif Ali Zardari.

He said that Sharif family has voluntarily offered for accountability over Panama leaks while he has also challenged Imran Khan to prove the corruption charge against the incumbent government.

The CM expressed hope that judicial commission would soon unveil the truth behind the massive leaks.
