Anton Yelchin could never imagine that his film career was going to end this early, with his accidental death. The famous Star Trek star died at the age of 27, early Sunday. A fatal traffic collision took his breaths for eternity in Studio City, California.
Yelchin’s 5,000 pound Jeep Grand Cherokee was parked outside when it rolled backwards in a traffic crash and pinned Yelchin against the gate with such a force, that it bent the metal.
Yelchin was an up and coming actor best known for playing Chekov in the Star trek films. He is likely to be seen in the third film of the Star Trek Reboot in July 16. He also had breakout roles in the movies ‘alpha Dog and Charlie Bartlett’.
Yelchin was born in Russia and bred in the United States as his parents had to move to US, when anton was only 6 months old.
