UPPER DIR (Web Desk) – At least seven people were killed in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in Sheringal area of Upper Dir on Monday.
“A vehicle carrying seven persons was on route to Sheringal from Dogdara which hit the planted IED,” police said.
Occupants of the vehicle were leading elders including elected representatives of local government, who visited the area to resolve a dispute between two groups over road construction in the area.
