KHAIRPUR (Staff Report) – Police officials brutally tortured two boys over bike theft accusation.
As per details, the security personnel arrested two boys and started beating them with sticks without interrogation.
The victims pleaded for innocence again and again and refused the allegations but the officers continued assaulting them.
