Rangers arrest extortionists from goat market Karachi

KARACHI (Web Desk) – Sindh Rangers on Sunday collared a group of four extortionists who were reportedly taking extortion money from a goat market in Liaquatabad area, Karachi.

The arrested include Muhammed Gibran, Fahad, Muhammed Tasleem and Muhammed Akber. They are accused of forcibly taking money from traders of goat market erected beside Liaquatabad flyover.

The raid to arrest the culprits was conducted on a tip off. Weapons, looted money and extortion receipts were recovered from their possession.

Rangers have handed over the accused to police for legal action. Further investigation into the case is underway.
