JACOBABAD (Online) – At least four people were killed when gunmen attacked at a house in Nawazo Jagher area on Monday.
The armed men entered a house and opened indiscriminate firing on the family members killing four at the spot.
The assailants fled the scene leaving victims in pool of blood. All the deceased were members of the same family including father, two sons and granddaughter.
The deceased were identified as Abdul Rasheed, Inayat Ullah, Muhammad Wali and Sumera.
Eyewitnesses said the attackers were 12 in number. SSP Sajid Hussain said the killings looked to be a result of an old enmity. Police have launched a search operation against the assailants after registering a case.
