LAHORE – Pakistan Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has directed the authorities concerned to ensure complete computerization of the railways lands in three months.
He said that the Pakistan Railways (PR) would provide all out security and cooperation for the computational labor.
Presiding over a meeting regarding the PR land management information system, under the project management unit, held at the PR Headquarters here on Thursday.
He urged the authorities concerned to complete survey for computerization of the railway lands in minimum possible time.
He expressed his satisfaction over the progress made so far on the land survey, jointly conducted by the Punjab Urban Unit and the Pakistan Railways.
Earlier, Chief Executive Officer Punjab Urban Unit Dr Nasir Javid gave briefing on the progress and informed that 90 per cent work on survey had been completed and the rest would be completed soon.
