ISLAMABAD – Tourism and Sports in Pakistan have a great potential to grow and bring foreign exchange and increase in tourist flow in the country.
This was stated by Ch. Abdul Ghafoor Khan, Managing Director PTDC in a meeting with Ahmer Mallick, Managing Director Punjab Tourism and Zulfiqar Ahmad Ghuman, Director General Punjab Sports Board.
He said that all tourism, culture and Sports related federal and provincial departments and organisations must join hands to work together for portraying a vibrant tourist friendly image of Pakistan, which is the need of the hour. We must show the World the Present Government under the dynamic leadership of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is committed to developing Pakistan.
We are planning to develop a wild life park along the motorway with a cost of 4000 million to be jointly developed by Federal and Provincial Governments. “It is our duty to support our Government in achieving the common goal of tourism development”, he added.
