QUETTA – As many as five alleged terrorists have been gunned down by Intelligence agencies during search operation, Levies officials said on Monday.
Security forces have conducted a search operation in the area of Pashin and killed five terrorists after an encounter and several were taken into custody.
Arms and ammunition have also been recovered from their possession.
Officials said that the killed terrorists were affiliated with a banned outfit.
In the exchange of fire, one security personnel was also injured. FC, ATF, Police and Levies forces took part in the operation.
An operation in the nearby areas is underway, after security officials received information of the presence of facilitators of the terrorists.-Online
