RAWALPINDI – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa announced on Tuesday that Pakistan Army will continue to perform its due role for sustainable national security, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
General Qamar Bajwa was addressing officers of Rawalpindi Garrison at GHQ auditorium today. The COAS also emphasised professional matters and security challenges for the country in his speech.
The Army chief also hailed the sacrifices made by the forces during Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
He also threw light on the prevailing security situation and challenges facing by Pakistan, ISPR said.
