RAWALPIDNI (Staff Report) – As many as nine terrorists have been killed in an aerial strike carried out by Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in Khyber Agency, said a statement by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The PAF jets targeted several hideouts of militants early in the morning today. The action was carried out in different areas of Khyber Agency on the basis of intelligence agencies.
Pakistan army started a military action against terrorists in June 2014 in Tribal belt of the country after the talks failed. Most of the areas have been re-gained by the forces since then and a clearance operation is underway closer to the border with Afghanistan.
