ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Friday that the government was focusing on the development of Balochistan.
He stated this while talking to Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri during a meeting in Islamabad.
They also discussed the progress of various development projects underway in the province.
Meanwhile, the prime minister also held a meeting with newly appointed Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair and discussed issues regarding development in the province.
Nawaz Sharif said the government was prioritising the development of both rural and urban areas of Sindh province, adding that the government has launched many projects of energy, infrastructure and social sectors in the province.
“With mutual consensus of all stakeholders, we acted for bringing peace in Karachi and by the grace of Almighty, law and order situation has substantially improved there,” said the PM.
