Pakistan Army releases video of destroying Indian posts along LoC, kills five soldiers

RAWALPINDI – Five Indian soldiers died in retaliatory firing along the Line of Control (LoC) in Tatta Pani sector on Saturday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release.

The Pakistan military also released a video of destroying several bunkers of the Indian army, injuring many troopers during the attack.

The violation came a day after the United Nations expressed concerns over escalating tensions between India and Pakistan following unprovoked Indian firing across the LoC which killed at least two civilians on June 1.

Earlier on Friday, two civilians were injured as Indian border forces violated the ceasefire agreement along the LoC, according to the ISPR.

Indian troops had resorted to unprovoked firing in Nezapir Sector along the LoC, injuring civilians. However, the Indian firing was effectively responded to by Pakistan Army troops, which silenced the enemy guns.
