ISLAMABAD – The Met Office has forecast rain at isolated areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir on Tuesday.
According to Pakistan Metrological Department, mainly hot and dry weather is expected over plain areas of Punjab, KP and upper Sindh during day time. However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir from Tuesday evening.
Temperature of some major cities recorded: Sibbi 50°C, Dadu, Noorpurthal, Bhakkar, Larkana, Moenjodaro 49°C, Jacobabad, Shaheed Benazirabad, Rahim Yar khan, D.G. Khan 48°C, Islamabad 39°C, , Lahore 40°C, Karachi 43°C, Peshawar 37°C, Quetta 37°C, Gilgit 26°C, Murree and Muzaffarabad 30°C.
