KARACHI (Web Desk) – The Meteorological Department Monday said the low pressure system developing in the Arabian Sea had transformed into a cyclone but fortunately it will not hit the coastal areas of Pakistan.
Talking to media, DG MET Dr Ghulam Rasool said there would be rain in Thatta, Badin, Sajawal, Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad and Karachi during the next two days.
According to the MET office, Cyclone ‘Ashoba’ is expected to hit the coast of Oman which might lead to flooding in Balochistan on 10-12 June.
