ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended the judgment of single bench regarding reinstatement of PEMRA Chairman Chaudhry Rashid and stopped him from working.
Two-member bench of the High Court comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Athar Minallah declared the petition of the federation maintainable seeking stay order against the reinstatement of Chairman PEMRA.
