Salman Ahmad puts a stop to all the whispers about Junoon reunions and confirms that they will be hitting the stage soon.
Karachi- Guitarist Salman Ahmad hinted of Junoon Band getting back together with Ali Azmat and Brian O’Connell.

This classic band was formed in 1990 and impacted the Pakistani Pop Music industry on a large scale bagging awards and nominations not only in Pakistan but internationally , giving us hits like “Sayonee”, “Pappu Yaar” and more.
Ahmad is planning to pay tribute to the greatest Pakistani bands including Vital Signs, Nazia Hassan and Zoheb Hassan getting onboard new talents like Momina Mustehsan, Asim Azhar, Irtaash and a few others.
He described how he is already in contact with Azmat, O’Connell, Rohail Hayaat and Shahi Hassan.
“This reunion is celebrating 25 years of Junoon and the 20th anniversary of our album Azadi.”
It is not only for his fans but also for a dear lost soul and friend Junaid Jamshed who no longer is with us.
