KARACHI – A fire broke out at shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi in Clifton area of port city on Friday afternoon.
No casualties were reported.
Rescue officials said the fire had erupted in the electric room of the shrine. Suddenly, the fire engulfed the entire room. Fire brigade, police and rescue teams were rushed to the scene and doused the fire in 15 minutes.
Police have started the investigation. Preliminary investigations attributed the incident to short circuit at the shrine.
