UK interrogation team starts probe into Imran Farooq murder case in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – A six-member team of Scotland Yard Sunday started interrogation of three prime accused in Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Imran Farooq’s murder case.

As per report, the team will interrogate Moazzam Ali Khan who was arrested from Azizabad area of Karachi by Rangers. Khan is accused of facilitating the murderers of Imran Farooq.

Two other accused, Mohsin Ali and Muhammad Kashif, who are said to have murdered the MQM leader will also be interrogated by the UK police.

This is the first instance that British authorities have been given access to the accused of Imran Farooq murder case.

All the accused have been shifted to Islamabad, reports said.
