RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) – Pak Army has announced the establishment of 9 military courts for speedy hearing of terrorism related cases.
In a press release Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) told that three courts for each Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while two in Sindh and one in Baluchistan will start working soon. These courts will function under Judge Advocate General (JAG) branch of pak army, it explained.
ISPR revealed that countrywide process to hear the cases of militancy related matters has begun and special officers will assume their charges in coming days.
