Numerous FIRs lodged against MQM Chief Altaf Hussain in Sindh

JACOBABAD/LARKANA (Web Desk) – A number of FIRs were lodged against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain under section 153-A in different police stations in Interior Sindh.

One FIR was registered at the Air Port police station in Jacobabad on the complaint of Abdul Khalid Soomro, leader of Tahreek Ahle-Sunnat Pakistan. Another was lodged in Saddar police station by a citizen named Khadim Hussain.

According to the content of the FIRs, Altaf Hussain used inappropriate language against Pakistan’s defence and security institutions. It said Altaf Hussain’s move was aimed at creating chaos in Karachi and the rest of Sindh, Geo News reported.

It said Altaf Hussain had also made a speech against Pakistan’s institutions on July 12.

The FIR also said that the MQM chief had fled to the foreign country to work for India.

According to latest reports, two more FIRs were also placed in Larkana and Khairpur against the MQM chief.
