PIA leaves 36 passengers behind in Saudi Arabia

ISLAMABAD – A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight on Sunday left behind 36 passengers at Jeddah airport, Saudi Arabia.

PIA flight PK-760 from Jeddah to Lahore took off without the 36 passengers who had paid for their tickets.

The passengers said that the flight was scheduled to take off at 1:30pm but it flew away three hours prior to the scheduled time.

The administration has not informed the stranded people about their next flight. The passengers also asked the PIA high ups to take notice of the incident.

Earlier this month, the luggage of PIA passengers coming back after performing umrah has been left behind by the national flag carrier in Saudi Arabia.

The PIA flight, PK-762, which reached Karachi from Jeddah at 7:15pm, had left behind the passengers’ luggage back in the kingdom, leaving them in mental agony.
