KARACHI – Pollution is one of the major threats, the world is facing these days and with the rapid increase in population, it is getting hazardous to control the waste being produced.
Many countries including Pakistan are taking careful measures to control pollution, especially plastic waste. As plastic takes years to decompose, it is necessary to discourage its used to the maximum limit.
Recently, the Sindh government has taken a great initiative for an environment free of all the dangerous and toxic elements. A heavy ban is being imposed on the production and usage of polythene and plastic bags across the province.

The ban will be implemented on all the cities of the province beginning from Sukkur followed by Karachi, Hyderabad and the rest of Sindh.
We are delighted to know this eco-friendly decision by the PPP government, TV star Hareem Farooq is also glad to know this great move by PPP.
Hareem expressed her happiness in a tweet, thanking the Sindh government and also wish to see this decision implemented all over Pakistan.
