Bail conditions removed on MQM chief in money laundering case

LONDON (Web Desk) – Uk’s New Scotland Yard on Monday cancelled the bail conditions that were in place on the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) party chief and others in connection with an ongoing money laundering investigation.

According to Geo News the police informed the three men that “there is no need for any of you to attend the police station. The bail conditions currently in place are therefore removed”.

The bail cancellation notice for all three men stated that at present there was “insufficient evidence to bring a criminal charge” against any of them and therefore none of the men have to appear before the police at the station.
