ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan has received an invitation to watch final match of Pakistan Super League, going to be held in Lahore on Sunday (tomorrow).
However, PTI chief has refused saying “I am thankful to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman for this invitation but cannot come to Lahore to watch the final.”
Khan wished that final match could be held in a safe and sound atmosphere.
PCB Chairman Shahreyar Khan had sent the invitation to Imran Khan.
On the other hand, PSL chairman Najam Seth said that red-carpet treatment will be given to Imran Khan if he came to watch final at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
The final match of the second edition of PSL-2017 will be played between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi.
