FAISALABAD (Staff Report) – A man and his son who were contesting Local Bodies (LB) Elections 2015 on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) tickets from different wards of Municipal Committee Jhang have lost their seats.
According to unofficial result, Nazeerud Din Khan was contesting LB Elections from Ward No 22 of MC Jhang whereas his son Faisal Nazeer Khan was in the run for LB Elections from Ward No 19.
However, both – Nazeerud Din Khan and his son Faisal Nazeer Khan – lost their seats as independent candidates Sheikh Allah Ditta and Muhammad Asif Bhatti were elected general councillors from Ward-22 and Ward-19 respectively.
