LAHORE (Web Desk/Agencies) – World Champions Australia defeated Belgium 1-0 in the World Hockey League final on Sunday.
Australia, who beat Great Britain very convincingly in the semi final of the league, was considered as favorites for the match as they had already scored 33 goals in the league.
Despite losing the match, Belgium has secured their place in Olympics 2016.
Earlier, Pakistan was defeated by France 2-1 for seventh position.
